CCA eyes federal bed demand, according to CCA Second Quarter 2008 Investor Presentation

Facing constraints on new prison construction from states, CCA eyes the federal bed industry. According to CCA’s second quarter 2008 investor presentation (released Sept. 08), CCA believes that the “demand for bed capacity from the three federal agencies will continue over the next several years:
